"Meditation in Motion"--Chi Kung class
Ching Chi Kung Fu is a series of 18 flexing and stretching movements. These movements are designed to improve strength and balance, while focusing on breath. Repetition of each movement occurs in relaxing silence during the "Meditation in Motion" class sessions, led by Dr. Jo Bachman. Dr. Bachman has been practicing and teaching Chi Kung for 34 years and has a doctoral degree in Human Growth and Development. "Meditation in Motion" class sessions will last 45 minutes to an hour. A social coffee time will immediately follow for participants.
